High-speed spiral doors
High-speed spiral doors, thanks to guiding the panels with special wheels in the spiral console, can be used on the facade, as internal or external doors.
With the speed of work and insulation, they enable energy savings and improvement of temperature conditions in buildings, as well as optimal traffic flow.
Fast spiral doors are also suitable for garage spaces, so they can also be used as garage doors.
Curtain
The fast spiral door is made from steel thermo-insulated 40 mm thick panels, which provide high thermal insulation.
The height of the panel is 300 mm.
Micrograin panel surface. The standard color is RAL 9006 (light gray).
Filling
The panels are filled with polyurethane.
We offer the option of installing elements made of double plexiglass, which provides visual communication and additional light in the hall.
As an option, it is possible to fill them with a circular perforated aluminum sheet (perforation diameter 5 mm).
Safety
A safety light barrier that is integrated into the guides monitors the door closing plane up to a height of 2500 mm.
Opening/closing in the event of a power failure is performed using a chain and sprocket in the motor.

The curtain is made with reinforcements resistant to wind blows up to 90 km/h.
Our high-speed PVC doors are equipped with all necessary safety systems in accordance with EN regulations and have the CE mark.
The motors are designed for a large number of work cycles per day, there is also the possibility of manual starting with a lever (crank) in case of emergency.
The door is operated by means of a switch button, remote control, or sensor, according to the customer’s request.
Special types
There is a possibility of a special version with stainless steel and fire protection, for healthcare institutions and food facilities, as well as for production plants where compliance with special regulations is required.
Motion sensor for high-speed doors
Sensors are installed for high-speed spiral doors as well as high-speed PVC doors.
Sensors are installed on one or both sides of the door and enable fully automatic door control.
The sensor model to be installed depends on door height.
Upon the arrival of a forklift, another vehicle or a worker, the door opens and closes after a certain period of time.
